Locos Win 7th Match in a Row After Beating New Mexico United 1-0

The El Paso Locomotive FC won their 7th match in a row as they beat New Mexico United 1-0 Saturday night at Isotopes Park on Saturday night.

The match was scoreless until El Paso midfielder Denys Kostyshyn scored on a header from a pass by Eder Borelli.

That’s all the Locos would need to win the match as Benny Diaz would go on to get another clean sheet.

Along with the 7th consecutive win, El Paso has not lost in nine matches. they earn three points and is now 8-1-3 with 25 points. They are 2nd in the Western Division

For their next match, they will try to win their 8th in a row when they travel to take on San Antonio FC on Saturday June 10 at Toyota Field at 7pm MT.
