Congratulations to El Paso’s own Cinta de Oro has beat Rayo for the IOCW Championship at the Lucha Libre Event that was put on by the Housing Opportunity Management Enterprises (HOME).
The event features four matches that took place in front of the historic Blue Flame Building in downtown El Paso.
