On Friday night the El Paso Chihuahuas lost to the Sugar Land Skeeters 10-3 at Southwest University Park.
The Skeeters got off to a fast start last they hit three homers in the first two innings. Chihuahuas catcher Luis Campusano hit a solo home run in the second inning but El Paso made four errors leading to four unearned runs on Friday.
The Chihuahuas are now 0-7 versus Sugar Land this season and have a 16-14 record against other opponents.
It was also the first jersey auction of the season for the Chihuahuas, and the theme was Wands and Wizards. Both teams wore specialized wizard jerseys that were auctioned off during the game.
